Donald Trump’s firmest supporters think it’s time to end the investigation of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian agents. Do the American people agree?
So this new poll came out asking just this question, and the results are conclusive:
WaPo/ABC poll: Nearly 7 in 10 adults say they support Mueller’s focus on possible collusion with Russia. 64% say they want the special counsel investigating Trump’s business activities https://t.co/b7j2rz7IEm

That’s right, a strong majority favor expanding the scope of the investigation. They don’t just want the President’s campaign investigated for collusion. They want Robert Mueller to investigate the private business activities of the Trump Organization, which bankrolled the President’s early campaign.
That would be a dramatic change. Imagine Trump Tower getting raided by the Mueller team.
Of course, polls don’t decide what Mueller will investigate. He has a job to do, and he will do it. That’s what an investigator is supposed to do: ignore political pressure from both sides!
