Debra Katz, who currently serves as a partner at Katz, Marshall & Banks, LLP, an employment and whistleblower law firm in Washington, DC has donated to a long list of Democrat candidates, including Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and Elizabeth Warren. Beyond just donating to candidates, Katz has donated money to George Soros-backed organization MoveOn.org.
As Christine Ford prepares to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee, it’s likely that her political and financial entanglements will come into question. Many are finding this situation reminiscent to a situation that took place during the 2016 Presidential Election, when California lawyer and daughter of Gloria Allred, Lisa Bloom reportedly raised more than $500,000 to pay women to accuse then-candidate Trump of sexual misconduct.
